The gPage2 software program version 2.x (hereafter referred to as the "software") has been designed by Gilbert Pelletier (hereafter referred to as the "author").

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the mentioned author of the software identified above.

Carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Installing, copying or using in any way this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA, do not install or use this software.

Limited License

This EULA grants you the following revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited rights:
a) Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the software identified above.

No Ownership

This license confers you no title or ownership in the software and should not be construed as a grant of any right in the software.

No Modification

No Warranty

This software is provided "as is" and without any warranty as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any other warranties either expressed or implied.

No Liability for Damages

In no event shall the author of this software be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if the author of this software is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.

Third-party Libraries

This software uses third-party libraries, including wxWidgets, Cairo, TinyXML-2, libcurl, and code from The Independent JPEG Group, according to their respective licenses.

Termination

The author may terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the software in your possession.
